What is QXL Online?

QXL Online is an easy-to-use application which creates Excel spreadsheets from the data in your QuickBooks company file. It requires no training – one button exports all of your data. It enables the customer’s familiarity with Excel spreadsheets to allow them to build custom reports and organize data to their preference with no experience in anything but Excel – once they build a report, summary or calculation based on one of these data sheets, they never have to build it again — just one click to refresh the data from QuickBooks and your reports have the latest numbers instantly.

What can I do with QXL Online?

• Export QuickBooks Online Data to Excel format.
• Export QuickBooks Online Data to CSV format.
• Choose export file(s) location.
• Export to separate files, or to a single file with one sheet per table.
• Export all tables or selected tables.
• Export only certain records from a file using a SQL query statement.

New Features in QXL Version 2024

With each new major release of QuickBooks, Intuit will add features/enhancements to QuickBooks that users have been asking for. Some of these enhancements with regards to the database are also passed on to us through Intuit’s development kit. Here are some of the new additions and enhancements that have been added in QXL for 2024:

• Export QuickBooks Data to XML format via QODBC.
• Export QuickBooks Data to CVS format via QODBC.
• Ability to choose export file(s) location
• Ability to export to separate files or single file.
• Ability to export all tables, selected tabled or excluded tables.
• Ability to save your default settings from Options.
• Export to SQL Server Database.
• Ability to execute Custom Queries and QODBC Reports Queries.
• Ability to run in Silent Mode.
• Ability to run in Direct Export Mode.
